Payment
When you buy a ticket for Rev, you need to pay with a credit card online as soon as you register. We won't send you an invoice for buying individual tickets.

Cancellations by Attendee and Refunds
You can cancel your ticket and get your money back, minus a $100 fee, until 5:00 PM Pacific Time on December 25, 2024. After this time, we can’t offer refunds or carry your ticket over to a future event if you cancel or don’t show up. If you need to cancel, please send us an email at rev2025@storyaz.studio before the deadline. If something really important comes up after December 25th that stops you from attending, let us know, and we'll see how we can help.

Cancellations or Postponements by Rev
Sometimes, we might have to cancel or delay RevCon if things change. If it’s not because of major unforeseen events (like natural disasters), and we have to cancel, you can choose to use your ticket for another Rev event. If the new event costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. Or, you can ask for a refund, but we’ll keep a small fee for our services. If we cancel because of a major unforeseen event, we’ll move your registration to the rescheduled event date. If you can’t make it on the new date, you can ask for a refund, but there will be a $100 cancellation fee.

Products Included in Limited Offer, Early Bird, and Fall Special Tickets
If you buy a Limited Offer, Early Bird, or Fall Special ticket, it’s good for the conference days from January 28 to January 30, 2025, just for you.

Products Included in Full Rate Tickets
Full Rate tickets let you attend all the scheduled conference days, join special workshops throughout 2025, and participate in private forums. These forums will be online on platforms like Discord. There might be an extra cost for some workshops, and we’ll let you know how much that is later.
